How you sign up

You can only sign up during a phone call with us. When you book or move a cleaning at (872) 327-2576, our phone assistant, Sofia, asks you this before you agree:

English: "Can we text you about this booking? Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Our terms are at freshchicagoclean.com/terms and our privacy policy is at freshchicagoclean.com/privacy."

Español: "¿Le podemos enviar mensajes de texto sobre esta cita? La frecuencia de los mensajes varía, pueden aplicar tarifas de mensajes y datos, y puede responder HELP para ayuda o STOP para cancelar. Nuestros términos están en freshchicagoclean.com/terms y nuestra política de privacidad está en freshchicagoclean.com/privacy."

You must answer yes or no. If you say yes, Sofia says: "Great, you're signed up." ("Perfecto, ya está inscrito."). If you say no, we never text you and your booking is not affected. Texting is never required to book. Your answer is saved with your booking.

What we send

Texts about your appointment only: your reservation, a secure link to pay your deposit, deposit reminders, your booking confirmation, a reminder 2 days before your cleaning, and changes, cancellations and payment notices. We never send marketing texts. Links in our texts always go to freshchicagoclean.com.

Your first text confirms you signed up, for example: "Fresh Chicago Clean: Your deep clean is reserved for Tue, Oct 14 at 12 PM. Appointment texts: msg frequency varies, msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Frequency, cost, help and stopping

  • Message frequency varies, usually 3 to 6 messages per appointment.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call (872) 327-2576 or email freshchicagoclean@gmail.com.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one message confirming you are opted out. Reply START to join again.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

We do not share, sell or provide your mobile phone number or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
